Books and most other library materials check out for two
weeks. Video and DVDs check out for seven days.
If you need a library item for a longer time, you may renew most
materials by calling or coming in before the due date; please have your library
card with you. Materials for which others are waiting cannot be renewed.
There are no overdue fines at Newport Library, but others will
appreciate your timely return of materials. You will be reminded of overdue items
by phone or letter. Should an item become six weeks overdue, you will be billed
for it and charged a processing fee.
You may return materials belonging to CRSN libraries at whichever
participating library is most convenient for you.
