If you live in Newport or the Lincoln County Library District, you may get your
library card by completing an application and providing proof of your current
address. Legal minors under 18 years of age will need a parent's or guardian's
signature.
Applications are available at the Circulation Desk or may be downloaded using Adobe Reader.

Library cards are free to service area residents who support the library with their
tax dollars. Non-residents may get a card for an annual fee.
Please have your library card with you when conducting library business, either in
person or by phone.
